Debt collection
Someone owes you money and is not paying? I collect your receivable — from demand letter to enforcement, domestic and international.
Someone owes you money and will not pay. Every day without collection costs you — directly in financial terms and in lost time. The longer you wait, the harder it gets to collect.
I act fast and systematically. First, I send an official attorney demand letter — in most cases, that alone is enough for the debtor to pay within 15-30 days. If there is no response, I request a notarial payment order for undisputed claims or file a lawsuit. And if you already have an enforceable judgment that has not been collected — I initiate enforcement proceedings.
I work with both domestic and international clients. Whether it is an unpaid invoice, a loan, rent, or a breached contract — the goal is the same: your money back to you, in the shortest possible time.

Frequently asked questions
How long does collection take?
It depends on the debtor. With a demand letter — often 15-30 days. A notarial payment order — a few weeks. Court proceedings — several months. I always start with the fastest option and escalate only when necessary.
What if the debtor has no assets?
An enforcement agent can collect from bank accounts, salary, real estate, or movable property. I help you determine where collection is actually possible before you spend money on a procedure with no result.
Do claims expire?
Yes. For contractual claims the deadline is 5 years, for non-contractual — 3 years. After that, collection becomes practically impossible. That is why it is important to act promptly.
